Das mit Bundesmitteln geförderte Projekt ZUKUNFTSFÄHIGE UND INNOVATIVE STALLBAUKONZEPTE FÜR SAUEN UND AUFZUCHTFERKEL ("ZISSAU") soll dem Titel entsprechende Stallbaukonzepte im Rahmen von Neubau- und Umbaumaßnahmen zeigen. Teil dieses Projekts sind die Abbruch-, Erd- und Kanalbauarbeiten am Standort Haus Düsse. In den Positionsbeschreibungen geht es um die folgenden Arbeiten: - den Abbruch der alten Stallanlage sowie dem Abbruch eines kleinen Bürogebäudes. . - die Erdarbeiten für den Stallneubau und deren Nebengebäuden - die Verlegung der neuen Grundleitungen und Entwässerungsleitungen - sowie die Erstellung eines Regenrückhaltebecken Zur Beurteilung des Baugrundes wurden umfangreiche Bodengutachten im Bereich der Liegenschaft durchgeführt. Diese sind bei Bedarf einzusehen. Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, dass sich derzeit im noch landwirtschaftlich genutzten Bereich schluffiger Oberboden befindet. Darunter steht meist Ton und teilweise Fels an. Die zusammenhängende Untergrundfeuchte des Grundwassers (Stauwasser) liegt im Mittel bei der aktuellen Geländeoberkante (siehe beiliegendes Bodengutachten). Die einzelnen Ausführungszeiträume sind wie folgt geplant: Die Ausführung wird in mehreren Einzelabschnitten erfolgen. Rückbau der Stallanlage: 23.10.2026 - 01.02.2027 Sicherung des Baugrundes: Im Zuge der Abbrucharbeiten Kanal- und Entwässerungsarbeiten: ab Mrz 2027 Regenrückhaltebecken: Im Vorfeld zum Abbruch (voraussichtlich Oktober 2026) Öltank heben und Trasse: September/ Oktober 2026 Straßenbauarbeiten: Oktober 2026
