Preparatory works for the recommissioning of the Kriegsfeld munitions depot in Germany. The contract covers demolition of 16 existing buildings of different uses and construction types, including removal and disposal of hazardous materials, and clearing of an approx. 140,000 m2 site. Works include approx. 70,000 m3 of large-scale earthworks, grubbing of approx. 36,000 root stocks, stripping and storage of topsoil over 60,000 m2, approx. 3 km of drinking and firefighting water pipeline with associated earthworks, installation of temporary drinking water storage tanks with a pressure boosting system, interim rainwater management measures, and upgrading of 9 km of perimeter fencing for site security.
