Revitalisierung der Aufzugsanlage Vergabe-Nr. 2000063337 Ort der Ausführung: Wohnhaus, Platenstr. 71, Frankfurt am Main Ausführungszeitraum: 27.04.- 19.06.2026 Art und Umfang der Leistung Im bewohnten Wohnhochhaus in der Platenstraße 71 in Frankfurt am Main wird an beiden vorhandenen Aufzugsanlagen die komplette Steuerung einschließlich der zugehörigen Schaltschränke erneuert. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im laufenden Gebäudebetrieb. Während der Modernisierung kann es zeitweise zu Einschränkungen in der Nutzung der Aufzüge kommen. Die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner werden rechtzeitig über den genauen Ablauf, die voraussichtlichen Ausführungszeiträume sowie eventuell notwendige Sperrzeiten der einzelnen Aufzüge informiert. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Erhöhung der Betriebssicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Energieeffizienz der Aufzugsanlagen sowie die Anpassung an den aktuellen Stand der Technik und die geltenden sicherheitstechnischen Vorschriften.
