Denkmalpflegerische Sanierung/Gestaltung Ausstellungsflächen - LPh 1-3 In der Ausschreibung soll 408m Viertelstäbe, 21m Bohlen und 554m² Bodenbelag ausgebaut werden. Ebenso soll 18m² Doppelboden abgebrochen werden. Danach soll 403m² Linoleum-Boden 500x500 verfugt werden, 213m² Textilbelag 500x500 verlegt werden. Ebenso soll eine Sauberlaufzone angelegt werden. Das Gebäude ist ein Kulturdenkmal im Sinne des §2 DenkmSchG LSA, deshalb sind sämtliche Baumaßnahmen grundsätzlich ohne Beschädigung der historischen Bausubstanz auszuführen.
