Udbuddet angår revisionsydelser i Movia og Lokaltog for de kommende 6 år. Anskaffelsen omfatter faste ydelser såvel bestillingsydelser og eventuel rådgivning. Kravene til ydelsen er detaljeret beskrevet i opgavebeskrivelsen fra henholdsvis Movia og Lokaltog. Ordregivers kontraktvilkår fremgår af kontraktudkastet.Udbuddet gennemføres som ét samlet udbud omfattende revisionsydelser for både Trafikselskabet Movia og Lokaltog A/S. Tilbudsgiver skal afgive ét samlet tilbud, der omfatter ydelserne til begge ordregivere. Det er således ikke muligt at afgive tilbud alene på ydelser til enten Movia eller Lokaltog.På grundlag af den samlede tilbudsevaluering udpeges én vindende tilbudsgiver. Den vindende tilbudsgiver skal indgå to separate og juridisk selvstændige kontrakter:en kontrakt med Trafikselskabet Movia vedrørende de ydelser, der skal leveres til Movia, og en kontrakt med Lokaltog A/S vedrørende de ydelser, der skal leveres til Lokaltog A/S. De to kontrakter udgør selvstændige kontraktforhold og administreres og håndhæves uafhængigt af hinanden.
