Ved nærværende udbud ønsker Københavns Ejendomme at indhente tilbud på totalrådgivning relateret til byggeri, anlæg, renovering og istandsættelse af Københavns Kommunes ejendomme. Rammeaftalen om totalrådgivning skal understøtte Københavns Ejendommes opgaver relateret til kommunens bygningsmasse.Ordregivers krav til kontraktvilkår fremgår af udkast til rammeaftale (Bilag A), mens kravene til ydelsen er detaljeret beskrevet i Ydelsesbeskrivelsen (Bilag 1).En økonomisk aktør kan ansøge om prækvalifikation til én eller to delaftaler, dog kan der kun ansøges om prækvalifikation til delaftale A og delaftale C i kombination eller delaftale B og delaftale C i kombination. Det er også muligt at anmode om prækvalifikation udelukkende til én delaftale.Anmodes der om prækvalifikation til mere end to delaftaler, vil Ordregiver se bort fra den anmodning, der vedrører den delaftale, hvortil der er modtaget flest konditionsmæssige anmodninger om prækvalifikation på tidspunktet for modtagelsen af anmodningen, der vedrører mere end to delaftaler.Ordregiver vil foretage en selvstændig vurdering af hver enkelt delaftale med henblik på udvælgelse af ansøgere, som vil blive opfordret til at afgive tilbud. Delaftalen omfatter opgaver, der har en budgetteret entreprisesum på over 10.000.000 DKK samt svømmebadsprojekter med en budgetteret entreprisesum over 1.000.000 DKK. Honorar beregnes som en procentsats af entreprisesummen.; Delaftale B omfatter opgaver med en budgetteret entreprisesum mellem 1.000.000 DKK og 10.000.000 DKK.; Delaftale C omfatter opgaver med en budgetteret entreprisesum under 1.000.000 DKK.
