Dette udbud vedrører rammeaftaler om pædagogiske vikarydelser for Frederiksberg Kommune, Gentofte Kommune, Gladsaxe Kommune, Lyngby-Taarbæk Kommune, Høje-Taastrup Kommune, Ballerup Kommune og Rudersdal Kommune. Der udbydes to rammeaftaler - til hhv. 1. og 2. leverandørposition for hver kommune, hvor de konkrete bestillinger tildeles i kaskade. Kommunerne indgår således hver især rammeaftaler med de vindende tilbudsgivere på baggrund af udbudsmaterialets rammeaftaleudkast. Leverandøren skal levere vikarydelser til primært det pædagogiske område, herunder pædagoger, pædagogiske assistenter, pædagogmedhjælpere/ufaglærte til blandt andet det almene pædagogiske område og det specialiserede område.
