Ordregiver udbyder en kontrakt om indkøb, implementering og vedligehold af nyt ERP-system. Ordregiver ønsker både funktionelt og teknologisk en bredt favnende og moderne løsning til ERP baseret på et standardsystem. Løsningen skal dække funktionelt bredt indenfor regnskab og økonomi. Ordregiver ønsker, at den nye løsning baserer sig så vidt muligt på standard funktionaliteter, således at eventuelle specialtilretninger holdes på et minimum, hvis det er muligt. Der skal integreres med øvrige relevante systemer, som anvendes hos Ordregiver. Løsningen skal leveres som SaaS (cloud). For at kunne afgive tilbud skal ansøgere prækvalificeres. Prækvalifikationen foregår på baggrund af de angivne oplysninger i ESPD'et. Se yderligere omkring minimums- samt udvælgelseskriterier i ESPD'et.
