I forbindelse med Københavns Kommunes forventede udbud af et fælles tidsregistreringssystem til kommunens syv forvaltninger udsender Københavns Kommune nærværende bekendtgørelse.Bekendtgørelsen har til hensigt at sende udkast til det forventede udbudsmateriale i høring i markedet for at modtage tilbagemeldinger fra interesserede virksomheder. Høringen har bl.a. til formål at sikre, at udbudsmaterialet ikke indeholder krav eller vilkår, som markedet ikke kan tilbyde, eller i øvrigt indeholder unødigt fordyrende eller uhensigtsmæssige krav eller vilkår.Københavns Kommune ønsker med denne bekendtgørelse at opfordre mulige tilbudsgivere til at deltage i markedsdialog og afgive bemærkninger til udkast til udbudsmateriale.I forbindelse med markedsdialogen, vil der blive afholdt individuelle møder med et begrænset antal virksomheder.For yderligere oplysninger henvises til dokumenterne vedlagt bekendtgørelsen.
