SKI udbyder en rammeaftale vedrørende indkøb af hotelophold i Danmark samt i Grønland og på Færøerne, benævnt 16.06 Hotelophold (2027) Rammeaftalen udbydes som én samlet aftale med geografisk dækning i Danmark samt i Grønland og på Færøerne, hvor der på forhånd reserveres et antal pladser til hoteller i specifikke afgrænsede geografiske områder, som er inddelt i områder og distrikter for at sikre en bred dækning af hoteller, der kan imødekomme SKI’s kunders indkøbsbehov. Det er således målet at få et bredt udsnit af hoteller fordelt i hele Danmark og i afgrænsede områder i Grønland og på Færøerne. Rammeaftalen indgås mellem SKI og leverandøren. Da der tildeles flere leverandører, indgås der i praksis en række parallelle rammeaftaler i mellem SKI og leverandørerne, én for hver tildelt leverandør. De parallelle rammeaftaler er enslydende. SKI's kunder er oprindelige parter på rammeaftalen og de parallelle rammeaftaler, og kan dermed anvende disse og overholder deres udbudspligt. Rammeaftalen forventes at blive tildelt 267 hoteller. Processen er nærmere beskrevet i udbudsbetingelserne punkt 8.3.1. Kundernes tildeling af leveringskontrakter sker i henhold til Bilag D Brug af Rammeaftalen. Staten som helhed er forpligtet til at anvende rammeaftalen. Det fremgår af bilag A og A.1 hvilke kunder som kan anvende Rammeaftalen.
