Description

Det offentlige EU-udbud vedrører indkøb og levering af gasser til flasker, batterier og kryotanke (samt leje af 2 kryotanke). Gasforsyninger som Campus Service varetager på vegne af bruger på Statens Serum Institut (SSI) omfatter en bred vifte af gasarter (special gasser, blandede gasser, industrigasser, m.m.) både med og uden tilhørende analysecertifikat. En mangfoldighed af gastyper og kvalitet indkøbes emballeret som enkeltstående flaske (40L, 50L, m.m.), batteri (12x 50L flaske) og derudover indkøbes flydende nitrogen. Flydende nitrogen leveres med løbende påfyldning af de to on-site tryktanke (Kryotanke) på 4000kg og 8000kg med hver deres kvalitet, dokumentation for tilhørende batch samt dokumentation for leverancen inkl. påfyldt volumen/mængde, tankbil nr. m.m. Produktion, emballering og analysekontrol, samt leverancer af gasarterne skal udføres og dokumenteres iht. gældende standarder for rene gasser og farmaceutiske gasser med tilhørende dokumentation og fuld sporbarhed: - ISO9001:2015 - EudraLex Vol 4 Part I: Basic Requirements for Medicinal Products, annex 6 for GMP use. Tilhørende certifikat for analyser skal opretholde kravspecifikationer til renegasarterne iht.: - European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) - Yderligere krav stillede af SSI til speciale og specificeret gasblandinger. Gasleverandøren skal kunne levere specielle gasblandinger, med tilhørende analysecertifikat, iht. forud aftalt krav og specifikation og indenfor aftale tidsramme.
