DSB udbyder en kontrakt om levering af servicecenter med option på intern service og reception til DSB's hovedkontor. Centeret sikrer, at alle opgaver bliver korrekt visiteret, registreret og kanalstyret, så driften er effektiv og transparent for alle involverede parter. Intern Service understøtter den daglige drift af DSB’s hovedkontor ved at varetage en række praktiske og administrative serviceopgaver, som sikrer, at huset fungerer effektivt i forhold til post, adgang, håndværkere, cykler, flagning og velkomst til nye medarbejdere. Receptionen skal sikre en professionel og venlig modtagelse af gæster, håndværkere og medarbejdere i DSB’s hovedkontor, samt understøtte huset med praktiske service- og koordineringsopgaver.
