DSB har 368 Nautila billetautomater fordelt på stationer over hele landet, hvor DSB’s kunder kan købe billetter, pendlerkort og andre produkter. DSB ønsker, at Nautila fremstår i god stand, altid er funktionsdygtige og fungerer efter hensigten, herunder at vedligehold af automaterne udføres systematisk efter vedligeholdelsesplaner, så driften er stabil og understøtter DSB’s kunder. DSB er ved at udskifte de eksisterende Nautila billetautomater, da billetautomaterne snart vil være forældede. Udfasning af de eksisterende billetautomater vil forventeligt påbegyndes primo 2028 med en endelig udfasning forventeligt primo 2029. Formålet med nærværende Aftale er at indgå aftale med en leverandør, der kan drifte og vedligeholde DSB’s eksisterende Nautilla billetautomater indtil, at disse er endeligt udfaset. Aftalen omfatter generel servicering og vedligehold af DSB’s Nautila billetautomater i henhold til kravene angivet i Bilag 02. Aftalen indeholder både planlagte Eftersyn som angivet i Bilag 02, ikke-planlagte vedligeholdelsesarbejder og akutte vedligeholdelsesarbejder herunder udbedring af funktionsudfald og reparationer.
