Udbuddet omfatter Kontrakt (herefter benævnt Kontrakt) vedrørende Etablering af paraply-enhed for den internationale indsats i Aarhus (herefter benævnt paraply-enhed). Indholdet af den udbudte Kontrakt er inddelt i fokusområderne ”En samlende funktion”, ”Forbedret kommunikation og synlighed”, ”Fundraising til projekter” og ”Koordineret interessevaretagelse” som udfoldes i bilag 2: Kravspecifikation og tilbudsbesvarelse. Målgruppen for paraply-enheden er 1) international arbejdskraft i Aarhus-området med videregående uddannelse, 2) ufaglært/faglært international arbejdskraft i Aarhus-området, 3) internationale studerende i Aarhus-området, 4) medfølgende familie til international arbejdskraft i Aarhus-området, 5) offentlige og private virksomheder fra Aarhus-området, herunder store virksomheder og SMV’er med (interesse i) international arbejdskraft, aktører, der understøtter internationaliseringen af Aarhus (institutioner, organisationer mv.) i relation til de ovennævnte målgrupper.
