Den udbudte ydelse omfatter opgaver vedrørende løbende økonomisk assistance, som primært skal udføres i Energinet Koncernen, der omfatter et Shared servicecenter med økonomiydelser, indkøbssupport samt en økonomifunktion med drifts- og anlægscontrolling og -analyse. Derudover kan der i koncernens moderselskab samt øvrige datterselskaber være behov for løbende økonomisk assistance primært i form af finansiel controlling samt andre økonomirelaterede ad-hoc opgaver. De udbudte ydelser omfatter ikke den lovpligtige finansielle revision af Ordregiver og tilhørende datterselskaber. Ydelserne må ikke konflikte med de lovgivningsmæssige begrænsninger, der er i ydelser fra revisionsvirksomheder. Omtalte rammeaftale vil dog følge Ordregivers aftale ved lovpligtig finansiel revision. For yderligere detaljer vedrørende anskaffelsen henvises til de tilhørende bilag. Den udbudte rammeaftale har en løbetid på 4 år. Rammeaftalen kan forlænges i 2 år af 2 omgange, svarende til 4+2+2 år. Rammeaftalens samlede værdi forventes at udgøre 64.000.000 kr. Forbruget kan alene anses som et estimat, og er som følge heraf ikke forpligtende for Ordregiver. Ordregiver har ret, men ikke pligt, til at købe de af rammeaftalen omfattede ydelser hos den valgte tilbudsgiver, jf. rammeaftalens pkt. 1.3
