Description

Udbuddet omhandler levering af en Løsning, der består af en Kerneydelse omfattende Sluser, WMS/WCS, Håndtering af stuetemperaturvarer og Kasselager. Dertil ønsker Regionen mulighed for, i kontraktperioden at tilkøbe en række optioner bestående af opmarch, bure/vogne, vogne, kølevare og transport af paller. Der er tale om en totalleverance af en samlet løsning for Kerneydelsen og dertil de tilhørende Optioner. Ordregiver har fastsat en maksimal pris for Kerneydelsen (Sluser, WMS/WCS, Håndtering af stuetemperaturvarer og Kasselage) inklusive levering og installation på Kr. 40.000.000. Ny Lægemiddelforsyning (NLF) samler dele af Regions Sjællands Sygehusapoteker i én enhed, idet der er behov for en større samlet kvalitetssikret lægemiddelforsyning. NLF skal samle sygehusapoteksfunktionen (SA) på én facilitet i Region Sjælland. Denne facilitet vil agere som et centraliseret pakke- og distributionscenter, der effektivt koordinerer modtagelse, opbevaring, plukning, pakning og distribution af alle lægemidler i Region Sjælland. NLF vil være underlagt Lægemiddelstyrelsens krav og forordninger til forskel fra sygehuse, som hører under Sundhedsstyrelsen. NLF skal overholde Lægemiddelstyrelsens krav om overholdelse af GDP (God Distributions Praksis), hvilket medfører specifikke krav til bl.a. materialer, tekniske anlæg, systematisk dokumentation, kvalitetssikring, afprøvning og validering. NLF skal opføres på en ny grund i et nyt erhvervsområde på Ymersvej 1 i Køge og hvor Region Sjælland ligeledes skal opføre en ny ambulancestation. Samlet grundstørrelse er ca. 27.000 m2, hvoraf grundarealet, der vedrører nærværende entreprise udgør, i alt ca. 14.080 m2. Den forventede Løsning skal indeholde blandt andet håndtering og lagring af stuetemperaturvarer, pakkestationer til kasser og sortering efter leveringsruter inklusiv tilhørende IT-systemer. Den kommende Leverandør af automatiseringsløsningen vil indgå i et samarbejde med totalentreprenøren af byggerier. Leverandøren skal forvente koordinering med og sideløbende arbejde med totalentreprenøren, da parterne indgår i den samlede bygherrerleverance. Leverandøren kan forvente at byggeriet er tæt på færdigt og levering og montering skal ske i koordinering med totalentreprenøren.
