Description

Udbuddet vedrører Rammeaftale på indkøb og levering af smedeydelser og Præisolerede rør til Ringsted Fjernvarme A/S. Udbuddet gennemføres som begrænset udbud, jf. Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet (Direktiv 2014/25/EU af den 26/2 2014), hvilket betyder, at prækvalificerede leverandører kan give tilbud. Leverandører kan ansøge om at blive prækvalificeret/udvalgt til at kunne afgive tilbud. Blandt ansøgerne vil der blive udvalgt 5 Tilbudsgivere som alle lever op til egnethedskriterierne og som vurderes at være de 5 bedste ansøgerne. Denne proces er yderligere beskrevet i udbudsbetingelsernes kapitel II - Prækvalifikationsfasen. De 5 tilbudsgivere har herefter mulighed for at afgive tilbud. Dette er yderligere beskrevet i udbudsbetingelsernes Kapitel III - Tilbudsfasen. Der vil blive indgået rammeaftale med 3 af de 5 tilbudsgivere. I aftaleperioden vil der blive afholdt miniudbud hvor de 3 leverandører kan afgive tilbud på henholdsvis mindre opgaver og de store projekter. Dette er nærmere beskrevet i udbudsbetingelsernes Kapitel IV - Miniudbud i aftaleperioden.
