Kalundborg Central Renseanlæg (herefter ”KCR”) skal udvides som en konsekvens af, at industrien i Kalundborg Kommune i de kommende år forøger sin tilledning. Udvidelsen af KCR (herefter ”Projektet”) sker både for at øge den biologiske kapacitet af anlægget, bedre styring af overløb, ny slamafvanding og fjernelse af miljøfremmede stoffer gennem tredje og fjerde renseanlæg. Projektet realiseres gennem en række udbud inden for byggeri- og anlæg, maskin- og el, systemleverandører og SRO. Kalundborg Renseanlæg A/S (”Bygherre”) har indgået en totalrådgiveraftale med Envidan A/S, som forestår teknisk rådgivning og bistand, projektering, byggeledelse og processpecialistrådgivning i forbindelse med Projektets realisering. Dette udbud omfatter en hovedentreprisekontrakt, som i hovedtræk indebærer udførelse af følgende arbejder: • Slamafvanding • Polymeranlæg • Transportøranlæg • Containerløsning for afvandet slam • Slampumper • Slamlagertank • Anlæg for teknisk vand • Trykluftanlæg • Biofilter (luftrensning) • El- og SRO-anlæg for ovenstående Bygningsarbejderne forbundet med at realisere procestrinene udbydes i et særskilt udbud. Tilbudsgiverne skal i tilbudslisten prissætte variable ydelser, herunder reguleringspriser, som kommer til anvendelse, i det omfang, der er behov for. Bygherre har overvejet, om indkøbet kan opdeles yderligere, men vurderer, at en yderligere opdeling vil indebære en række uhensigtsmæssige tekniske og juridiske grænseflader med deraf følgende risiko for forhindringer i udførelsesfasen samt afledte transaktionsomkostninger.
