Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe contract concerns a design and build tender with early contractor involvement in a preceding project development phase for the establishment of New Jonstrupvang. The Jonstrupvang residential facility in Vaerloese, which is home and training site for citizens with cerebral palsy, is to be modernised. Instead of the current one-room dwellings, new two-room dwellings will be built, together with a new warm water pool, a multi-purpose hall and a sensory room. The construction is mainly new build, with the exception of a single wing within the existing frame structure, which is to be preserved and refurbished or modernised. The overall construction is expected to total 7,500 m² gross.
