1geschossiger Massivbau mit Anbau, Flachdach, Fassade verglast, Gebäudegrundriss: Spoarthalle ca. 22,65m * 45,50m mit H. ca. 7,50m Anbau ca. 6,50m * 45,50m mit H. ca. 3,70m Höhe OKG bis OKDach ca. 7,5 m Metallbauarbeiten Hallendach: Zu sanieren ist die Eindeckung der umlaufenden ca. 350cm breiten Dachauskragung. Die dort befindliche Blechabdeckung (ALU Welle) ist verschlissen und ist durch eine neue zu ersetzen. Dabei sind die Dachrandanschlüsse / Abschlüsse ebenfalls zu erneuern. Die Ausführung erfolgt als Ersatz der alten Konstruktionen inc. Rückbau / Entsorgung. An- und Abschlüsse sind wie im Bestand auszuführen. Instandsetzung Lichkuppeln: Die auf dem Flachdach des Anbau befindlichen, runden Lichtkuppeln sind verschlissen und instandzusetzen sowie mit einem Durchfallschutz zu ergänzen. Auf Grund des Alters der Anlagen sind diese komplett zu tauschen (Kuppel und Aufsatzrahmen). Pflege extensive Dachbegrünung - freiräumen und nachkiesen der Dachrandbereiche, - Beräumung intensiver Bewuchs
