Product 1 is group medical insurance covering outpatient and inpatient treatment for staff and their dependents. Product 2 is group accidental insurance cover for staff only. The preference is to engage an insurance agency via a broker. The broker is engaged for 3 years, while the insurance provider is appointed initially for 1 year, with the policy period commencing on 1 April 2027. Towards the end of the first year, the broker will assist in selecting the insurance provider for the following 2 years, one year at a time.
