Місце поставки ТОВАРУ: м. Хмільник, с. Суховоля, м. Трускавець, м. Харків Строк поставки ТОВАРУ - протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту надання письмової рознарядки ЗАМОВНИКОМ. В оголошенні про проведення закупівлі очікувана вартість зазначається без ПДВ. Для створення рівного конкурентного середовища, учасник повинен вказати ціну пропозиції без ПДВ. Додавання чи не додавання ПДВ до ціни договору, що укладатиметься з переможцем, визначатиметься згідно з діючим, на дату укладання договору, податковим законодавством та статусом реєстрації платником ПДВ такого переможця. Для платників ПДВ: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної, оформленої відповідно до вимог законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ, при наявності документів, зазначених у п. 5.4 цього Договору. Для неплатників ПДВ резидентів України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ, при наявності документів, зазначених у п. 5.4 цього Договору. Для нерезидентів України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати поставки партії ТОВАРУ, відповідно до рахунку-фактури (інвойса) на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ, при наявності документів, зазначених у п. 5.4 цього Договору
