Treated vegetables - pickles

The buyer procures processed vegetables, namely pickles, to be delivered in monthly batches to the following places: the city of Khmilnyk, the city of Truskavets, the village of Sukhovolia in Lviv region, and the city of Kharkiv. Each batch must be delivered within five calendar days from the buyer's written delivery order. The remaining shelf life of the goods at delivery must be at least 80% of the total storage period. The offer price must be stated excluding VAT. Payment for each delivered batch is made on the fifteenth calendar day after signing the acceptance act or delivery note, subject to required documents, with separate terms for VAT payers, non-VAT-payers and non-residents.
