La Fonction Immobilier de l'Hospice général construit, acquiert et loue des immeubles pour la réalisation de ses missions et a la charge d’exploiter et d’entretenir ce parc immobilier.  Afin de cadrer et de faciliter le processus d’acquisition des prestations d'architecte pour les travaux de mise aux normes, d'assainissement ou de transformation de tout ou partie de bâtiment, l'Hospice général a décidé d'établir des contrats-cadres pour ces prestations. Le but de la présente procédure est de désigner les bureaux d'architectes qui seront au bénéfice de contrats-cadres.  Les contrats-cadres prévus, pour une durée de 5 ans, permettront l'attribution de mandats d'architecte sur des projets d’ampleurs variées.  Le marché est divisé en lots qui sont définis par types d'objet comme suit :  ▪ Lot n°1 : Plateaux d'hébergements collectifs (PHC)  ▪ Lot n°2 : Centres d'hébergements collectifs (CHC) et résidences sociales  ▪ Lot n°3 : Sites administratifs
