Objeto del contrato: Servicios de viajes y alojamiento; organización y producción; comunicación, difusión y promoción; asistencia técnica y consultoría; y educación social y visitas escolares vinculados a la Mini Transat 2027 y 2029 en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Las respuestas podrán referirse a uno, varios o todos los lotes. Deberán identificar a la entidad participante, persona de contacto, experiencia relevante y lote o lotes sobre los que formula aportaciones. Las respuestas a la consulta podrán hacerse a través del registro municipal, o bien dirigidas al correo-e: acaballero@laspalmasgc.es y ciudaddemar@laspalmasgc.es Preferentemente se presentarán en formato PDF, pudiéndose adjuntar además hojas de cálculo u otros documentos que estime, sí así lo considera necesario. La respuesta deberá seguir, en lo posible, la estructura de esta consulta, identificando claramente cada lote, código de prestación, precio unitario, hipótesis utilizadas, coste total y propuestas de mejora. El Ayuntamiento podrá solicitar aclaraciones sobre la información aportada cuando ello resulte necesario para su correcta interpretación, sin que estas actuaciones comporten negociación ni atribuyan ventaja alguna al participante.
