Machine-generated summary

The Extremadura Health Service (SES) is conducting a preliminary market consultation ahead of the complete replacement of JARA Asistencial, its corporate electronic health record and healthcare management platform, which has formed the informational and process core of public healthcare in Extremadura for over two decades. The consultation seeks to map the functional, technological, organisational and economic capacities available to carry out a progressive substitution while guaranteeing continuity of care and preservation of clinical information. Suppliers are asked to describe the maturity of existing solutions, their adaptability, and approaches to keeping the electronic health record as the central core of an ecosystem involving public and private centres, professionals and entities. Responses go by email to cpm.HCE.dgsd@salud-juntaex.es, subject 'CPM SES HCE - [proposal acronym]', within thirty calendar days from the day after publication on the contract profile.
