Description The London Borough of Camden has undertaken preliminary market engagement under section 16 of the Procurement Act 2023 to inform the development of its Citizen Identity and Access Management (CIAM) strategy. The engagement has explored market capability and approaches relating to: • Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) • Authentication and identity verification • Passwordless authentication • Identity federation and standards • Accessibility and digital inclusion • Integration with local government systems • Implementation approaches • Commercial delivery models The Council considers that sufficient preliminary market engagement has now been undertaken. This notice is published for transparency purposes and is not an invitation to participate in further market engagement.
