Description

Постачальник здійснює постачання та передачу продукції Замовнику разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти продукцію на умовах цього Договору, з 8 до 15 годин ранку наступного робочого дня з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника. Заявка подається в електронному вигляді або в телефонному режимі. Постачання продукції здійснюється коштом та транспортом Постачальника. Місце постачання (передачі) продукції: м. Київ, вул. Ягідна, 58, склад відділення продовольчого забезпечення. Якість товару, що постачається Постачальником повинна відповідати вимогам чинних нормативно-правових актів на цей вид товару. Оплата продукції здійснюється лише після її фактичного отримання Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених накладних (у трьох примірниках), завірені печаткою та підписом особи Постачальника, уповноваженої на підписання господарських та фінансових документів. Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити продукцію протягом 15 банківських днів.
