Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka nových (nikoliv repasovaných) zdravotnických přístrojů a zařízení (magnetické rezonance 3T s tlakovým injektorem kontrastní látky) včetně montáže, instalace, uvedení dodaných zařízení do provozu a instruktáže obsluhy, s cílem vybavení (obnovy) pracoviště souborem zdravotnických prostředků přístrojového charakteru. Součástí předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je poskytování smluvního plného servisního zabezpečení po dobu 10 let (z toho 2 roky bezplatný záruční servis + 8 let paušální měsíční úhrada po ukončení záruční doby). Veřejná zakázka není rozdělena na části ve smyslu ustanovení § 101 ZZVZ, účastníci jsou oprávněni podat pouze nabídku zahrnující všechny položky předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky.
