Description

Předmětem této kategorie DNS a následně zadávaných veřejných zakázek v rámci zavedeného DNS v této kategorii (Kategorie 1 - Školkařský materiál) je pořízení běžného, obecně dostupného zboží - dodávky hnojiv, přípravků na ochranu rostlin, sadbovačů, substrátů a rašelin realizované v souvislosti s lesními školkami zadavatele a jsou určeny pro lesní školkařskou činnost či výrobu, a to podle specifikace, požadavků a potřeb zadavatele blíže specifikovaných v jednotlivých veřejných zakázek zadávaných v rámci této kategorie zavedeného dynamického nákupního systému, a to podle specifikace zadavatele do míst plnění obhospodařovaných zadavatelem. Předmět plnění jednotlivých veřejných zakázek zadávaných v rámci zavedeného DNS bude blíže specifikován v zadávacích podmínkách, obchodních a platebních podmínkách či ve specifikaci předmětu plnění jednotlivé dílčí veřejné zakázky zadávané v příslušné kategorii DNS. Zadavatel stanoví obecné bližší podrobnosti pro veřejné zakázky zadávané v této kategorii v Obecné specifikaci plnění (příloha č. 3a dokumentace zadávacího řízení na zavedení DNS). Obecná specifikace plnění může být zadavatelem modifikována (ve vztahu k technickým parametrům) v rámci zadávacích podmínek jednotlivé veřejné zakázky zadávané v DNS.
