Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky v rámci tohoto zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody dle § 131 a násl. ZZVZ mezi zadavatelem a jedním účastníkem zadávacího řízení, na základě, které bude zadávána veřejná zakázka na dodávku spotřebního zdravotnického materiálu pro potřeby Zdravotnické záchranné služby Karlovarského kraje. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky zadávané na základě rámcové dohody je dodávka spotřebního zdravotnického materiálu určeného k poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče, v souladu s požadavky výzvy k podání nabídek, zejm. přílohou Technická specifikace, po dobu 2 let ode dne účinnosti rámcové kupní smlouvy.
