Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dílčí dodávky zdravotnického spotřebního a ostatního materiálu a bikarbonátových kapslí potřebných pro provoz hemodialyzačního pracoviště, včetně bezplatné výpůjčky 24 ks nových, nerepasovaných a nepoužitých dialyzačních přístrojů na dobu 120 měsíců. Součástí plnění je doprava dodávaného zboží do místa plnění a u dialyzačních přístrojů jejich dodání, montáž, instalace, zprovoznění, zkušební provoz za účasti aplikačního specialisty, instruktáž obsluhujícího personálu aplikačním specialistou a komplexní servisní zabezpečení včetně předepsaných bezpečnostně technických prohlídek po celou dobu výpůjčky. Součástí předmětu plnění je doprava předmětu plnění do místa plnění, včetně instalace předmětu výpůjčky a jeho uvedení do provozu, provedení potřebných zkoušek a kalibrací k uvedení do provozu, zkušebního provozu příslušné dílčí části předmětu výpůjčky za účasti aplikačního specialisty v délce nejméně 2 týdnů, nejdéle však 4 týdny, a instruktáže obsluhujícího zdravotnického personálu aplikačním specialistou v souladu s platnou legislativou v délce nejméně 2 týdnů. Součástí předmětu plnění je dále provádění komplexního servisního zabezpečení včetně předepsaných bezpečnostně technických prohlídek a včasného dodání příslušných protokolů po celou dobu trvání výpůjčky.
