Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je rozvoj digitalizace, standardizace a interoperability ve všech nemocnicích Skupiny Nemocnice Plzeňského kraje (NPK). Předmětem dodávek pro jednotlivé subjekty dle jejich odborností je nemocniční informační systém (NIS), dodávka a implementace integrační platformy (ESB) pro eHealth, která zajistí sdílení zdravotnické dokumentace mezi nemocnicemi NPK, napojení informačních systémů nemocnic na výměnné sítě, centrální digitální služby elektronického zdravotnictví (IDRR). Cílem modernizace a konsolidace systémů nemocnic NPK je jednotná standardizace elektronické zdravotnické dokumentace, jednotná implementace identifikátorů elektronického zdravotnictví a využívání referenčních údajů z kmenových registrů, jednotné napojení na centrální služby elektronického zdravotnictví a služby výměnných sítí pro výměnu a sdílení elektronických zdravotních záznamů zdravotnické dokumentace s oprávněnými příjemci prostřednictvím informačních systémů a technologií. Součástí dodávek integrační platformy (ESB) jsou rozhraní a služby pro napojení na infrastrukturu systémů a služeb Akreditované afinitní domény (AAfD), Národního kontaktního bodu pro eHealth (NCPeH) a Integrovaného datového rozhraní elektronického zdravotnictví (IDRR), případně na další centrální služby. Součástí plnění VZ jsou dále servisní služby na dobu 48 měsíců pro modernizované infomační systémy, aplikační software, související technologie a vybavení.
