Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je poskytování a zajišťování pracovnělékařských služeb pro uchazeče o zaměstnání a zaměstnance České pošty, s.p. v rozsahu platné legislativy ve spádových místech pracoviště zaměstnance v územním celku Severní Čechy. Pracovnělékařské služby budou zahrnovat provádění lékařských prohlídek a dalších úkonů v rámci zajišťování pracovnělékařských služeb (tj. zejména poradenská činnost, dohled na pracovištích, spolupráce s příslušným orgánem ochrany veřejného zdraví) a zajišťování systému evidence, dokumentace, objednávek, přenosu dat mezi stranami a dalších služeb, včetně vedení lhůtníku. Na základě výsledku zadávacího řízení bude uzavřena smlouva o poskytování pracovnělékařských služeb s jedním dodavatelem na dobu 48 měsíců od nabytí účinnosti smlouvy.
