Description

Pronájem školní jídelny a zajištění komplexních služeb zajištění provozu školní jídelny včetně dodávky a výdeje stravy, realizované dle principů tzv. finského modelu (samovýdeje). Plnění bude spočívat v přípravě a vaření stravy pro žáky a pro zaměstnance, zajištění dovozu a dodávky obědů do výdejny Zadavatele, zajištění prací spojených s přípravou stravy pro následný odběr žáky a zaměstnanci Zadavatele, s úklidem vymezených prostor Zadavatele a s odvozem a mytím přepravních nádob. Předpokládaný počet strávníků činí 400 osob každý pracovní den. Součástí předmětu této veřejné zakázky je též zajištění provozu bufetu (doplňkový prodej drobného občerstvení) v prostorách školní jídelny, a to ve vymezených časových úsecích.
