Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení akce „UTB - Výměna EKV v objektu U56“, v místě stavby Nad Stráněmi 5656, Zlín 760 05, vše podle projektové dokumentace s názvem „Výměna systému EKV - objekt U5 a U56“ zpracované projekční kanceláří IQ Group Česko, a.s., Podnikatelská 539, Běchovice, 190 11 Praha, IČ: 11824271. Dokumentace stupeň - DPS obsahuje veškeré technické specifikace, technické a uživatelské standardy stavby a položkový výkaz výměr. Projektová dokumentace tvoří Přílohu č. 1 této zadávací dokumentace. Položkový výkaz výměr je zpracován podle ceníků stavebních prací. Pokud je pod konkrétní položkou ve výkazu výměr v popisu položky uveden odkaz na konkrétní výrobek či výrobce, může uchazeč při stanovení nabídkové ceny použít jakýkoliv ekvivalentní výrobek od jakéhokoliv jiného výrobce, pokud dodrží technické a kvalitativní parametry dané projektovou dokumentací. Obdobně platí, že pokud je v textové nebo výkresové části projektové dokumentace uveden odkaz na konkrétní výrobek či výrobce, může uchazeč při stanovení nabídkové ceny použít jakýkoliv ekvivalentní výrobek od jakéhokoliv jiného výrobce, pokud dodrží technické a kvalitativní parametry dané projektovou dokumentací. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je dále vymezen vzorem Smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu zadávací dokumentace.
