Předmětem zakázky je zajištění a komplexní realizace akreditovaných, případně neakreditovaných vzdělávacích kurzů a programů. Předmětem je zajištění a realizace odborného vzdělávání zaměřeného na legislativní rámec, specifické metodické postupy a tvrdé dovednosti (hard skills) v oblasti sociálních a zdravotně-sociálních služeb.; Předmětem této části je realizace uceleného vzdělávacího programu (bloku) určeného pro neformální (rodinné) pečující osoby.; Předmětem je zajištění a realizace vzdělávání zaměřeného na rozvoj měkkých dovedností (soft skills), psychologické aspekty práce s klienty, krizovou komunikaci, prevenci syndromu vyhoření a posílení psychické odolnosti pracovníků.
