Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky (dále také jen "VZ") je zajištění rekvalifikací dle zákona č. 435/2004 Sb., o zaměstnanosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, pro uchazeče o zaměstnání, zájemce o zaměstnání a účastníky pracovní rehabilitace. Rekvalifikace budou realizovány na základě Rámcových dohod uzavřených pouze s jedním dodavatelem na každou část veřejné zakázky. VZ je v souladu s § 35 ZZVZ rozdělena do 27 částí. Dodavatelé mohou ve smyslu § 101 odst. 2 ZZVZ podávat nabídky na jednu, několik nebo na všechny části VZ (pro vyloučení pochybností dodavatel může podat nabídku pouze do jedné části nebo může podat několik nabídek do různých částí nebo může podat nabídky do všech částí VZ).
