Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je další rozvoj informačního systému pro evidenci vnitrostátních daní (SPD), pokut a poplatků dělené správy (dále jen „systém VSD“ nebo „aplikace VSD“) a technická podpora systému VSD. Popis sytému VSD, včetně popisu jeho jednotlivých komponent a informací o spolupracujících systémech a modulech a dalších souvisejících informací a požadavků je uveden v Příloze č. 1 ZD - Technická specifikace k veřejné zakázce „Rozvoj a technická podpora systému VSD“. Předmět veřejné zakázky je blíže specifikován v - čl. 1.9 „Požadavky na další rozvoj - Přílohy č. 1 ZD - Technická specifikace k veřejné zakázce „Rozvoj a technická podpora systému VSD“, pokud jde o další rozvoj systému VSD, - Příloze č. 2 ZD - Závazný vzor rámcové dohody o dílo s opcí (dále jen „Závazný vzor dohody o dílo“), a - Příloze č. 3 ZD - Závazný vzor smlouvy o podpoře s opcí (dále jen „Závazný vzor smlouvy o podpoře“) (příloha č. 2 a 3 společně dále také „Závazné vzory smluv“).
