Zadavatel uzavřel s jedním vybraným Účastníkem ZŘ rámcovou dohodu o rozvoji a údržbě Informačního systému katastru nemovitostí v letech 2023 - 2026 tak, aby jej mohl Zadavatel bezproblémově a v souladu s vývojem legislativy a dalších předpisů využívat pro podporu výkonu státní správy katastru nemovitostí a souvisejících částí zeměměřictví. V části příloh ZD jsou obsaženy důvěrné informace, proto Zadavatel rozděluje přílohy na veřejné a neveřejné. Neveřejné přílohy, které jsou zašifrované, budou zpřístupněny Účastníkovi ZŘ po zaslání prohlášení o mlčenlivosti. Podrobněji je předmět veřejné zakázky vymezen v ZD.
