Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka uměleckých děl a příbuzných prvků do stálé expozice v muzeu. Zadavatel konstatuje, že s ohledem na specifika předmětu veřejné zakázky považuje za nezbytné jednat s účastníky zadávacího řízení o bližším vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky a o obchodních podmínkách budoucího závazkového smluvního vztahu. Cílem zadavatele je nalézt takovou podobu bližšího vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky a obchodních podmínek (tj. takové řešení), která bude způsobilá splnit potřeby zadavatele. Zadavatel dále konstatuje, že výstupem soutěžního dialogu bude závazný vzor smlouvy, který se následně stane nedílnou součástí zadávacích podmínek této veřejné zakázky.
