Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce spočívající ve výstavbě nové svazkové základní školy Mratín - Nová Ves v obcích Mratín a Nová Ves ve Středočeském kraji. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výstavba nové svazkové základní školy Mratín - Nová Ves včetně zpracování dokumentace pro provedení stavby, předmět veřejné zakázky bude tedy realizován metodou design & build. Areál školy v Mratíně, který tvoří polovinu kapacity svazkové školy, tvoří dvě hmoty spojené provozním krčkem, parkoviště, areálové úpravy zpevněných ploch školy se zásobováním jídelny a školní zahrada se sportovním hřištěm. Mimo hřiště je v zahradě navržena i užitná část s možností výuky přírodních oborů a ukázek zemědělství. Část areálu je oplocena. Součástí předmětu plnění je napojení na dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu a vnitroareálové rozvody inženýrských sítí. Areál školy v Nové Vsi, který tvoří polovinu kapacity svazkové školy, tvoří dvě hmoty spojené provozním krčkem, parkoviště, areálové úpravy zpevněných ploch školy se zásobováním jídelny a školní zahrada se sportovním hřištěm. Mimo hřiště je v zahradě navržena i užitná část s možností výuky přírodních oborů a ukázek zemědělství. Část areálu je oplocena.
