Description

Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody dle ust. § 131 an. ZZVZ mezi zadavatelem a více dodavateli, kdy dílčí zakázky budou zadány postupem s obnovením soutěže mezi účastníky rámcové dohody ve smyslu ust. § 132 odst. 3 písm. a) ZZVZ. Předmětem rámcové dohody, resp. předmětem dílčích zakázek zadaných sjednaným postupem na základě a dle dohody bude poskytování služeb spočívající zejména v: - dodávce nového chladícího anebo mrazícího zařízení na ČS (dále jen „zařízení“); - zajištění a provedení záručního servisu chladících anebo mrazících zařízení po dobu záruky v délce 60 měsíců ode dne převzetí zařízení zadavatelem; - zajištění a provedení mimozáručního servisu zařízení v délce 60 měsíců ode dne převzetí zařízení zadavatelem; mimozáruční servis zahrnuje i dodávku náhradních dílů k zařízení za obvyklou tržní cenu; - zajištění a provedení pozáručního servisu zařízení v délce 72 měsíců ode skončení záruky zařízení; pozáruční servis zahrnuje i dodávku náhradních dílů k zařízení za obvyklou tržní cenu; strana 6 z 20 - zajištění a provedení pozáručního servisu stávajícího chladícího a mrazícího zařízení zadavatele na ČS (dále jen „stávající zařízení“) s délkou záruky v délce 6 měsíců ode dne provedení servisu konkrétního zařízení; pozáruční servis stávajícího zařízení zahrnuje i dodávku náhradních dílů k zařízení za obvyklou tržní cenu.
