Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka a montáž nové energeticky úspornější vypalovací linky na výrobu slínku jako náhrada dvou linek na výrobu slínku. Nedílnou součástí zakázky je také dodávka a montáž nového chladiče slínku, nové surovinové mlýnice (VRM - vertikální surovinový mlýn), homosila, napojení na stávající zařízení a nových systémů alternativních paliv pro příjem, skladování a napájení nové pece. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je inženýrská činnost, dodávka, výstavba, strojní montáž a elektromontáž, odzkoušení a uvedení do provozu.
