Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je dodávka a instalace níže uvedených přístrojů pro potřeby Vědeckého a diagnostického onkologického centra FNMH a servisní zajištění přístrojového vybavení po dobu jeho předpokládané životnosti: (i.) pro část 1 VZ: 96-ti jamkový stolní PCR systém (2 ks) (ii.) pro část 2 VZ: 384 jamkový stolní PCR systém (1 ks) (iii.) pro část 3 VZ: - Real Time PCR termocykler s výměnnými bloky (1ks) (iv.) pro část 4 VZ: - Real Time PCR termocykler (2 ks) Termocyklery se používají k provádění polymerázové řetězové reakce v reálném čase. Tento postup umožňuje identifikovat a kvantifikovat specifické molekuly DNA v biologických vzorcích. Cílem je zajisti vhodné pracovní prostředí laboratoře, aby bylo možné pokrýt rutinní diagnostiku, velkokapacitní testování a validaci náročných laboratorních metod při zachování co nejkratší doby pro získání výsledků.
