Description

Předmětem tohoto zadávacího řízení je provedení díla - bibliobusu. Nový bibliobus je koncipován jako multifunkční prostor, v kterém bude možno realizovat celou řadu různorodých aktivit. V prostoru bibliobusu bude primárně sloužit k půjčování knih. Doplňkovým využitím bude účast na festivalech a akcích spojených s Městskou knihovnou v Praze. Některé vybrané aktivity lze přenést i před bibliobus - nový bibliobus tak musí disponovat i možností bezpečného převozu venkovního vybavení, jako jsou stolky, židle, sedáky, deky apod. Bibliobus je koncipován jako vozidlo s bezbariérovým vstupem, disponující nerušící autonomní dodávkou elektrické energie jak bez připojení k veřejné elektrické síti, tak s možností napojení na veřejnou elektrickou síť. Typická doba provozu centra na jednom místě je do 8 hodin. Uvedená doba z větší části vyžaduje trvalý provoz elektronických zařízení, která jsou plánovanou výbavou vozidla - jejich chod musí být zajištěn bez nutnosti napojení na elektrickou rozvodnou síť. Bibliobus bude provozován celoročně a jeho vnitřní prostor bude přizpůsoben primárnímu účelu bibliobusu, a to půjčování knihovního fondu. Přestavby interiéru pro jiné použití se nepředpokládají, nicméně konstrukce polic musí umožnit jejich případnou snadnou demontáž. Knihy budou do vozidla nakládány v přepravkách nebo pojízdných kontejnerech a uspořádání interiéru musí umožnit pohodlnou manipulaci s nimi.
