Město Broumov jakožto zadavatel plánuje v rámci tohoto zadávacího řízení vybrat odborného správce a provozovatele soustavy zásobování tepelnou energií ve městě Broumov ve smyslu ust. § 2 odst. 2 písm. c) bod 14. zákona č. 458/2000 Sb., o podmínkách podnikání a o výkonu státní správy v energetických odvětvích a o změně některých zákonů (energetický zákon), ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Podrobnou specifikaci předmětu koncese a technických parametrů obsahuje především návrh pachtovní smlouvy (příloha č. 6 zadávací dokumentace) a její příloha č. 1 - specifikace předmětu pachtu. Předmětem koncese je zejména zajištění provozování soustavy zásobování tepelnou energií ve městě Broumov. Podrobnou specifikaci předmětu koncese a technických parametrů obsahuje především návrh pachtovní smlouvy (příloha č. 6 zadávací dokumentace) a její příloha č. 1 - specifikace předmětu pachtu.
