Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb poskytování dočasně přidělených zaměstnanců (dále jen "DPZ"), kteří budou vykonávat práci pro Zadavatele v Praze i v regionálních kancelářích ve všech krajských městech ČR. DPZ bude poskytován formou dočasného přidělení k výkonu práce dle ust. § 307a a násl. zákona č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoníku práce, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, kdy DPZ bude u dodavatele zaměstnán na základě pracovní smlouvy nebo dohody o pracovní činnosti, ale práci bude vykonávat pro Zadavatele.
