Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění úklidu a/nebo údržby ve stanovených lokalitách na území Městské části Praha 2 včetně dodávky spotřebního materiálu a dále včetně poskytování veškerých souvisejících výkonů, nástrojů, dopravy, vybavení a dozoru potřebného k jejich zajištění, a to vždy v rozsahu specifikovaném pro dílčí část veřejné zakázky v souladu s zadávací dokumentací (dále jen společně jako „úklidové služby“). Zajištění úklidu a údržby vybraných veřejných dětských hřišť na území Městské části Praha 2 včetně údržby zeleně a pískovišť s certifikovaným pískem.; Zajištění úklidu veřejného WC nacházejícího se u nemovitosti Dolní Landhauska v Havlíčkových sadech. Půdorys budovy WC je vyobrazen v příloze č. 6C zadávací dokumentace.; Zajištění úklidu a údržby v areálu Folimanka včetně zajištění údržby a servisu umělého trávníku a umělého povrchu 4Soft. Grafické vyobrazení předmětné lokality tvoří přílohu č. 4E zadávací dokumentace.; Odstranění plevele parou 3x za vegetační období na zpevněných plochách o celkové výměře 31.711 m² v parcích na území městské části Prahy 2. Umístění a rozsah zpevněných ploch jsou vyobrazeny na jednotlivých mapách, které tvoří přílohu č. 3C zadávací dokumentace; Zajištění navýšeného úklidu v parcích a na dětských hřištích na vybraných území městské části Prahy 2 dle potřeb a požadavků objednatele. Předmětem úklidových služeb budou činnosti poskytované vybraným dodavatelem ve vymezenou dobu nad rámec úklidových služeb, které si zadavatel zajišťuje sám, a to zejména úklid ploch zeleně, vývoz košů, skruží v parku a úklid toalet na veřejných dětských hřištích včetně vývozů všech košů i na hřišti
