Description

Zadavatel zavádí dynamický nákupní systém („DNS“) na zajištění úklidových služeb pro Domov Harmonie, Centrum sociálních služeb dle § 138 a násl. zákona č. 134/2016 Sb.( ZZVZ). Na základě podané žádosti o účast nedochází k zadání konkrétní veřejné zakázky v DNS. Po provedeném posouzení žádostí o účast, bude zaveden DNS. Dodavatelé, kteří splní zadávací podmínky, budou do DNS zařazeni. Předmět plnění, technické podmínky, hodnoticí kritéria, doba poskytování, odpovědné veřejné zadávání, obchodní a platební podmínky konkrétních veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS budou vždy upřesněny a specifikovány ve Výzvě (Výzvách) k podání nabídky podle § 141 ZZVZ, které budou průběžně zasílány dodavatelům zařazeným do DNS. Doba trvání DNS je na dobu neurčitou nebo do vyčerpání limitu 150 000 000,00 Kč bez DPH. DNS nemá kategorie. S vybranými dodavateli budou uzavírány smlouvy o poskytování služeb, popřípadě jiné typy smluv dle konkrétních Výzev k podání nabídky.
